[S9E13]: FIRST LOOK!
The scene begins with shots of Paris.
We see Violette and Olivia walking out of a shop together.
Violette: “Speaking of Yvonne… I actually met up with her back home right before we came here.” She looks at Olivia and smirks. “You can imagine how that went.” She takes a bite of her croissant.
Olivia laughs.
Olivia: “I assume she didn’t have the nicest things to say about me?”
Violette: “Well…she basically was insinuating that you knew about the whole Jean Luc flirting with another woman thing from Brandon and you didn’t tell me. Like, you just allowed me to look stupid.” She looks to Olivia. “She was telling me that you weren’t a good friend to me basically.”
The camera pans to Olivia, who looks taken off guard.
Olivia: “ Jean-Luc was flirting with someone else? You haven’t told me about this.”
“I have no idea what Violette is talking about so for Yvonne to act as if I was in the know about this.” She shakes her head. “Not cool.”
Violette looks at Olivia and sighs.
Violette: “I know… this has been a whole ordeal because of Monsè. It’s so stupid. But, yes, long story short… Brandon flirted with Bree Bailey’s drug addicted daughter and we had a sit down with her and he admitted to it. Yvonne was basically saying you were in on it and you just didn’t tell me.” She bites her lip. “I do have to ask just for my sake of asking… you had no idea about any of this… right?”
Olivia: “WHAT?! That’s ludicrous.” Her jaw drops. “I had no earthly idea that Jean-Luc was stepping out on you.”
“Jean-Luc was cheating on Violette with of all people — Bree Bailey’s daughter? Bree — the lady who was fired from this show and her daughter who is an addict? My god…”
Violette: “Well…hold on. Back it up.” She makes a skrttt noise and clicks her heels. “He didn’t step out on me. He only flirted with her and took her number. They both admitted nothing happened and it was just flirting.”
“I know Olivia must think I am a fool. I would too, to be honest. But… I’m willing to work things out with Jean Luc ONLY because nothing happened. If he slept with her or did anything like that, we would be having a very different conversation. I am a lot of things… a dumb woman is not one of them.”
Olivia: “Those Bailey women are something else…and Jean-Luc…shame on him.”
Violette: “I didn’t like that woman at all or her daughter.” She laughs. “Whatever! I just wanted to tell you what happened because I’m not sure what Yvonne has to gain from all of this. Just watch your back around her, okay Liv? Because, that woman isn’t your friend. She tried to say you weren’t mine, but I feel like she isn’t yours.” She shrugs.
The scene fades.
